The LMI development process is unique in the industry for including three components in which all contribute to producing specific, measurable results:

    • Pre-engagement commitments to SMART goals and assignments
    • Active learning
    • Feedback/follow-up within the Triangle of Communication and Accountability (participant/manager/LMI facilitator).

EX-planation:

Internalizing that it IS a process of stimulus for thinking, collecting, and refining “best” ideas with the requirement of applying new behaviors immediately on the job. It is NOT an impractical, inflexible mental straightjacket with pat answers or boring lectures.

EX-posure:

Immersion in the unique LMI process including the Triangle of Communication and Accountability; spaced repetition of leadership development ideas; and implementation of a plan of action for results.

EX-periment:

Applying new ideas and techniques while allowing for modification to evolving business and personal environments.

EX-perience:

Evaluating results based on pre-determined goals of what works best and reinforcing new behaviors into daily work procedures.

EX-pression:

Communicating expectations and results within the Triangle of Communication and Accountability and interacting with other participants for clarification and credibility for newly formed success behaviors

EX-pansion:

Influencing other team members in positive ways to exhibit similar leadership attitudes, behaviors and results. Developing leadership at all levels within the organization.
